When you join Shiseikan, you become more than just a member of a karate club, you become part of the KUGB (Karate Union of Great Britain)
Being a member of the KUGB allows you to train at any of its 350 clubs around the country.
The KUGB was estblished in 1966 as a democratic and non-profit-making organisation for the development of Shotokan Karate and is affiliated to European and World Shotokan Karate bodies.
Benefits for members include: FREE black and brown belt courses, FREE instructors courses, FREE referees and judges courses and FREE squad training courses.

Your KUGB licence allows you to grade, enter competitions and attend courses. More importantly, it also gives you insurance cover for training.
